Signature Cake - Raspberry & Cassic Entremet
Created specially for the Callebaut Chocolate Entremets Competition at the Hunter Valley in Australia, our award winning Raspberry & Cassic Entremet is now available for order!
Each of the 8 different layers in the entremet is made individually and then fused carefully together to create an unique yet well balanced flavour.
The layers are:
Cocoa chocolate glaze
Single origin Alto El Sol Chocolate mousse
Raspberry & cassic jelly infused with sambua, star anise
Raspberry cassic cremeux
Chocolate sponge
White chocolate blood orange curd
Single Origin Sao Thome Chocolate ganache with sambuca
Caramelised almond, star anise & spice crunchy base
(contains alcohol)
As this entremet takes over days to create and assemble from scratch, please place your order 2 weeks in advance of the delivery date.
Please note the final garnishes of the cake may be differ from photos but the taste and appearance will still remain of the highest standard
